Video Editor für Performance-Marketing Creatives (m/w/d)

Wir suchen vornehmlich neue KollegInnen im Norden Deutschlands. Einmal die Woche ist eine Anwesenheit im Hamburger Office Pflicht.
Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit für 20 Wochenstunden ausgelegt und befristet auf 1,5 Jahre.

Deine Aufgaben

Du produzierst Videoanzeigen, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch Leads und Sales liefern.
Du entwickelst Konzepte für Funnels, Social-Ads-Kampagnen, testest Varianten und optimierst diese, in Absprache mit dem Senior Performance Manager.
Du bist offen für neue Technologien, beobachtest aktuelle Trends und nutzt KI als Chance zur Weiterentwicklung
Du bringst dein Gespür für grafisches Design mit – von Social Posts bis zu Performance Creatives.
Du hältst den Überblick über Kampagnenzahlen, erkennst Muster und leitest datenbasierte Entscheidungen ab.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Content- & Social Media Team an der Schnittstelle von Kreativität, Performance und Strategie.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing, v.a. im Bereich Video Ads (z. B. Meta, TikTok)
Talent für Storytelling, Gestaltung und Videoschnitt (Premiere, After Effects oder Canva Pro – was dir liegt).
Du kannst Content-Angebote so aufbereiten, dass die Welt da draußen Lust auf Yoga und Meditation bekommt.
Zahlen schrecken dich nicht ab – du willst wissen, was funktioniert und warum.
Deutschkenntnisse - verhandlungssicher Voraussetzung
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, denn du wirst auch regelmäßig mit unserem englischen Team im Austausch sein.
Du liebst es, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten, bist neugierig, bewegst gern einiges, hast Lust auf Neues und bringst eine ordentliche Portion Kreativität mit.

What we are looking for

Do you love producing creative videos and diving deep into campaign data? Do you think in stories, but also enjoy clicking through dashboards? As a growing company with currently 40 employees, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team at our Hamburg headquarters as soon as possible with a communicative and motivated

Video Editor for Performance-Marketing Creatives (f/m/d)

We are primarily looking for new colleagues in northern Germany. Once a week, attendance at the Hamburg office is mandatory.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and limited to 1.5 years.

You will

You produce video ads that not only look great, but also generate leads and sales
You develop funnel concepts and social ad campaigns, test different variations, and optimize them in close collaboration with the Senior Performance Manager
You are open to new technologies, keep an eye on current trends, and see AI as an opportunity for continuous improvement
You bring a strong sense for visual design – from social posts to performance creatives
You keep track of campaign performance, identify patterns, and derive data-driven decisions
You work closely with our content and social media teams at the intersection of creativity, performance, and strategy

What you bring to the table

Several years of experience in performance marketing, especially in video ads (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
A talent for storytelling, visual design, and video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or Canva Pro – whatever suits you best)
The ability to package content offerings in a way that sparks interest in yoga and meditation
Numbers don’t scare you – you want to understand what works and why
German language skills - business fluent required
Very good English skills, as you will regularly collaborate with our English-speaking team
You enjoy working independently, are curious, like to move things forward, are eager to try new ideas, and bring a healthy dose of creativity
