Wir sind eine führende Online-Yoga-Plattform und suchen eine/n CRM- & Growth-Marketing-Manager*in (m/w/d) (Marketing Specialist CRM & Growth) der/die sich um Kundenbindung, -aktivierung und -wachstum kümmert.

In dieser Rolle entwickelst und realisierst du gezielte Lifecycle-Marketingkampagnen, betreust zentrale Kundenkommunikation und unterstützt bei der Optimierung der Customer Journey über alle Kontaktpunkte hinweg.

Standort: Remote, Wohnsitz in den Niederlanden erforderlich (mit Bereitschaft, einmal im Monat zum Team nach Amsterdam zu kommen)
Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (32 Stunden pro Woche)
Vertrag: Befristet auf ein Jahr (mit Option auf Verlängerung)

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest praktisch mit CRM-Tools (wie Leanplum und Clevertap), um automatisierte Workflows zu entwickeln, Segmentierungen einzurichten und Nachrichten zu personalisieren – stets mit einem Blick auf Performance-Kennzahlen und Optimierungspotenziale.

Deine Aufgaben:

Entwicklung von Lifecycle-Marketingkampagnen für alle zentralen Phasen (z. B. Registrierung, Aktivierung, Bindung, Rückgewinnung)
Aufbau, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Kampagnen mithilfe von CRM-Tools
Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen in GA4, Mixpanel und anderen Analysetools sowie Erstellung von Berichten mit wichtigen Erkenntnissen
Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien mit No-Code-Tools (z. B. Unbounce, Canva etc.)
Unterstützung bei Partnerschaften und Kooperationen zur Verstärkung unserer Marketingaktivitäten
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Kampagnen

Das solltest Du mitbringen

3–4 Jahre Marketingerfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich CRM, Growth oder Lifecycle Marketing
Praktische Erfahrung mit CRM-Plattformen und E-Mail-Marketing-Tools (Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit Leanplum und/oder Clevertap)
Fundiertes Verständnis von Kundensegmentierung und Zielgruppenansprache
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit GA4, Mixpanel oder ähnlichen Analysetools
Vertrautheit mit No-Code-Tools (z. B. Unbounce, OptinMonster, Canva) zur Erstellung von Landingpages oder visuellen Inhalten
Technikaffinität, Neugier und Freude daran, neue Marketing-Tools und Plattformen auszuprobieren
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist ein Muss, da du vor allem im internationalen Umfeld agieren wirst!

What we are looking for

We are a leading online yoga platform looking for a Marketing Specialist (CRM & Growth) to take charge of customer engagement, retention, and growth. In this role, you’ll design and deliver targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage key customer communications, and help optimize the customer journey across touchpoints.

Location: Remote, but must be living in the Netherlands (with availability to join the team in Amsterdam once a month)
Working hours: Part-time (32 hours per week)
Contract: This contract is limited for one year (with possibility to reconduct)

You will

You’ll work hands-on with CRM tools (such as Leanplum and Clevertap) to design automated workflows, set up segmentation, and personalize messaging, all while keeping a close eye on performance metrics and opportunities to improve. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing, automation, and crafting great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

You will also:

Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns across key stages (new sign-up, activation, retention, win-back)
Work with CRM tools to build, automate, and optimize campaigns
Analyze performance metrics in GA4, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools, reporting on key numbers and insights
Use no-code tools (Unbounce, Canva, etc.) to create marketing assets
Support partnerships and collaborations to amplify marketing efforts
Ensure smooth campaign execution and performance tracking

What you bring to the table

3 - 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing role
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools (bonus points for experience with Leanplum and/or Clevertap)
Solid understanding of customer segmentation and audience targeting
Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools
Familiarity with no-code tools (like Unbounce, OptinMonster, Canva) for creating landing pages or visuals
Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to explore new marketing tools and platforms
