We experience daily that practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation contributes to finding more joy in life and feeling better physically and mentally. As a company, we work on this and continuously improve our offerings in our online yoga studio and academy.

As a growing company with currently 45 employees, we are looking for a communicative and dedicated

B2B Manager / Business Development (m/f/d) Part-time and Parental Leave Cover for 1.5 Years

for our marketing team at our headquarters in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible.

You are passionate about sales and primarily responsible for generating new and maintaining key account B2B sales cooperations to generate additional revenue for YogaEasy. You operate in the areas of corporate fitness, health insurance companies, and yoga studios. The position is designed for 20-25 hours per week and is limited to 1.5 years.

You will

You are responsible for revenue growth in this important area
Your sales territory is the DACH region, and you support our English-speaking colleagues in B2B partner acquisition
You manage our existing B2B cooperations (Key Accounting)
You further develop our B2B marketing approaches and business segments and implement strategies to expand the market
You accompany and supervise the implementation of ideas - from test cases to market introduction
You are part of our fantastic marketing team

What you bring to the table

Successfully completed degree or vocational training
Several years of experience in sales, cooperations, business development
Experience in selling digital products
High affinity for the yoga/health industry
Experience in developing new business approaches with cooperation partners and ability to implement projects across teams
Familiarity with creating reports, affinity for numbers, and always keeping an eye on your KPIs
Strong intrinsic motivation to generate revenue
Communication & negotiation skills (fair and effective)
Good English skills, both written and spoken

B2B Manager:in / Business Development (m/f/d) in Teilzeit und Elternzeitvertretung

Du bist mit Leidenschaft im Vertrieb unterwegs und bist maßgeblich verantwortlich für die Neu-Generierung und Key Account-Pflege von B2B-Vertriebskooperationen, um Zusatzumsätze für YogaEasy zu erwirtschaften. Du bewegst dich in den Bereichen Firmenfitness, Krankenkassen sowie Yogastudios. Die Stelle ist auf 20-25 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt und befristet auf 1,5 Jahre.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für das Umsatzwachstum dieses wichtigen Bereiches verantwortlich
Dein Vertriebsgebiet ist die DACH Region und Du unterstützt unsere englischsprachigen Kolleg:innen bei der B2B Partneraqcusition
Du betreust unsere bestehenden B2B Kooperationen (Key Accounting)
Du entwickelst unsere B2B Vermarktungsansätze sowie Business Segmente weiter und setzt die Strategien zum Ausbau des Marktes um
Du begleitest und betreust die Umsetzung der Ideen - vom Testcase bis zur Einführung in den Markt
Du bist Teil unseres fantastischen Marketing Teams

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrungen gesammelt in den Bereichen Sales, Kooperationen, Business Development
Erfahrung im Vertrieb von digitalen Produkten
Eine hohe Affinität zur Yoga-/Gesundheitsbranche
Du hast Erfahrungen darin, gemeinsam mit Kooperationspartnern neue Business Ansätze zu erarbeiten und kannst die von dir angeschobenen Projekte auch teamübergreifend umsetzen
Du kennst Dich mit der Erstellung von Reportings aus, bist zahlenaffin und hast Deine KPIs immer im Blick
Starke intrinsische Motivation, Umsätze zu generieren
Kommunikations- & Verhandlungsgeschick (fair und effektiv)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
