Online Yoga Liveklassenbetreuung (w/m/d) als Minijob

Die Stelle ist auf Minijob-Basis und befristet auf ein Jahr. Eine Verlängerung kann möglich sein.

Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Aushilfe zur Unterstützung bei unseren Online-Liveklassen.

Du bist während der Online-Liveklassen Ansprechpartner:in für die Kund:innen und gleichzeitig für die Yogalehrenden. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Stunden und dass sich alle während der Stunde wohlfühlen. Weiterhin kümmerst du dich um die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Yoga-Klassen u.a. durch Termin- und Produktverwaltung im Management Tool "Eversports" und lädst ggf. die Live-Mitschnitte in unserem internen Management Tool für unsere Nutzer:innen hoch.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Eine hohe Affinität für die Nutzung von Online-Kommunikationsplattformen wie Zoom, Slack, Asana.
Selbst wenn die Technik ein Eigenleben führt, kannst du souverän Unvorhergesehenes lösen und gleichzeitig dabei Yogaleher:innen und Yogis dabei beruhigen und helfen.
Deine Herangehensweise ist pragmatisch und gleichzeitig einfühlsam in der Kommunikation.
Hohe Flexibilität der Arbeitszeiten, da sich diese an dem Stundenplan der Online Liveklassen orientiert. Es findet meistens morgens und abends eine Liveklasse statt.
Du bist teamfähig, kannst eigenständig arbeiten und bist dabei verbindlich und zuverlässig.
Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift/gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What we are looking for

To expand our online yoga live class support, we are looking for the next possible date for a
Online Yoga Live Class Support (f/m/d) as a mini-job
The position is on a mini-job basis and is limited to one year. An extension may be possible.

You will

We are looking for a temporary assistant to support our live online classes as soon as possible.
During the live online classes, you will be the contact person for the customers and at the same time for the yoga teachers. You will ensure that the classes run smoothly and that everyone feels comfortable during the class. Furthermore, you will take care of the preparation and follow-up of the yoga classes, including scheduling and product management in the management tool “Eversports” and, if necessary, upload the live recordings to our internal management tool for our users.

What you bring to the table

A high affinity for the use of online communication platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Asana
Even when technology takes on a life of its own, you can confidently resolve unforeseen issues while reassuring and helping yogis
Your approach is pragmatic and at the same time empathetic in communication
High flexibility of working hours, as these are based on the schedule of the online live classes. There is usually a live class in the morning and evening
You are a team player, can work independently and are committed and reliable
Fluent written and spoken German/good written and spoken English skills
Yoga experience is an advantage
